Prowa Medical Instruments is committed to empower women of the society, as the company believes it make women financially independent and moreover a competitive member of society. The company has taken decision to increase the percentage of women in managerial roles and labours. A female management representative is appointed at manufacturing faculty, who is accessible for all female employees and effectively handle any grievance or complaint regarding work, working environment, welfare, discipline, etc.
