Prowa Medical Instruments has installed water purifcation plants at different locations inside its premises, for clean water for employees.

Pick and drop facility is being provided by the company to its employees and workers, living under range of 30 kilometers.

Environmental Care
Prowa Medical Instruments is giving health-appropriate environment to its employees. All the production area is smoke-free, the company has provided a limited separate area to employees / labourer for smoking.
Life Insurance Benefits
Prowa Medical Instruments provide group life insurance facility to its employees. This facility starts after the completion of trial period of 6 months. In case of death of any employee, the insurance company shall pay Rs.100,000/- to the legal heirs of the employee, insurance premium will be paid by the company.

Prowa Medical Instruments is providing long-term care, which means helping employees after retirement, with their medical needs, financial needs or daily activities over a long period of time.
Promotion Benefits
Each year, rank promotion and salary increment is granted to employees according to their date of joining after performance evaluations. The employees which perform well without any misconduct are eligible for increment and promotion.
